SMILG:
Membership

Participation in Southeastern Michigan Industry Liaison Group and it's programs can provide your organization with valuable information that is useful in developing better affirmative action programs.

Participation on the Planning Committee itself is a strong indicator of a good faith effort on behalf of the Contractor and is noted by OFCCP representatives.

Some other benefits are:

  • The EEO/AA Communicator - A periodic newsletter covering local and national affirmative action program developments and SMILG events and activities.

  • Access to a network of peer organizations that can provide valuable insight and experience as needed.

  • Regular programs that address new and cutting edge Affirmative Action issues.
